Content:
Office -based sessions setting out financial, health and environmental benefits can be arranged as introductions to cycling to work.They includes specific advice for cycling to and from work, including luggage carrying, weather gear, cycle care and security.

On-road sessions are based on the principles of the government approved National Standard Cycling Course from basic control skills to road riding and confidence building.
They are tailored to specific requirements of trainees, whether beginner or advanced.
These can be part of a 'duty-of-care' package towards staff members.

Certificates of attendance can be provided.

Group Size:
As required.

Course duration:
Commences with one 60-90 minute session, then as necessary. Session lengths can be flexible to fit needs.

Introductory sessions can be held at lunchtimes or before or after work hours if required.
