For anyone who has not ridden a bike before

Suitable for:
Complete beginners; children, teenagers and adults.
No one is too young or too old to start learning.
We have taught 4 year olds and 60+ year olds.

Content:
Learning to balance and control a cycle from scratch.
The training takes a beginner to being able to cycle in a traffic free-area.
Riders are then advised to progress to
an Introductory Course after a period of practice or to arrange an individual Control Skills session.

Group Size:
One-to-one advisable.

Course duration:
Commences with one 90 minute session, then as necessary.

Locations:
Quiet parkland settings.

Notes: we have had many notable successes with this course due to its relaxed and pressure-free nature.
